My Story
I’ve spent over 30 years working in human services as a social worker, certified coach, team leader, program manager, facilitator, and public speaker. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of training and speaking to thousands of employers, teachers, first responders, social workers, employment and workforce development agencies, health providers, landlords, community volunteers, and leaders.
When you work with me, you’ll see that I don’t just deliver content; I live it. I believe in building real relationships, and people feel that genuine connection.
One of my proudest accomplishments is becoming an international consultant with aha! Process. Through them, I offer workshops under the Bridges out of Poverty framework, certify new Bridges community trainers, and provide strategic consulting to help organizations implement the Bridges model at all levels.
My Why
My passion lies in lifelong learning and making a meaningful impact. I believe that everyone has the potential to grow and succeed. By focusing on people’s strengths and creating supportive environments, I help individuals, executives, organizations, and teams achieve their goals. I’m dedicated to providing tools and insights that lead to real, positive change. Whether it’s through coaching, facilitating, or consulting, my mission is to help you thrive.
Education
I started my career in Social Work, then became a certified teacher/ trainer for adult learners, followed by numerous certifications in leadership and change management. Over the past decade, I’ve followed my calling to coach people and teams, achieving several certifications along the way:
- Organizational Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC)
- Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC)
- Certified Leadership Coach Practitioner, CCF
- Certified Life and Executive Master Coach, CCF
- Certified Bridges Out of Poverty international trainer and consultant

On a personal note…
I love music, swimming, and weekend trailer camping with my husband across central Ontario. Travelling and exploring the world together is also a passion of ours. I also cherish time with friends, our adult children, and our beautiful granddaughter, who is the light of our lives. I feel incredibly blessed to have a career where I support people to learn and grow.
