Consulting sessions

When we begin, I’ll meet with you to understand your challenges and where you need support. From there, I’ll create a plan just for you. This might include workshops, facilitated meetings, one-on-one coaching, or team-building exercises.

For interpersonal challenges or team conflict, I like to meet each member individually to get a sense of their strengths, issues, and goals. This helps me tailor sessions or workshops to fit everyone’s needs.
