What to expect
In our coaching sessions, it’s all about you. You’ll have a safe, private space where you can freely explore your strengths and what you want to work on. Together, we’ll identify and tackle any barriers you’re facing, tailoring our approach to meet your unique needs and goals. I want you to walk away from our time together with the support and skills you need to achieve continuous growth.
Coaching sessions
Every coaching session is different because it’s client-led.
First session: We kick things off with a 60-minute discovery session. We’ll get to know each other and figure out where you are in your life or career. We’ll talk about your values, what you really want, and what’s holding you back. Together, we’ll design a plan that makes our coaching relationship successful moving forward.
Regular sessions: Each is 45 minutes long. You bring a topic or area of your life that you’d like to explore together. We dive into coaching and discovery through powerful questions, tools, and activities
End of each session: We check in about the session takeaways, identify action items, and create an accountability plan for the next steps.
