“Utilities Standard Forum hosted a full day Bridges out of Poverty for hydro representatives of the 36 sites across Ontario. We had a very impactful experience with Suzie and came away with a greater understanding of the complexities of poverty, and valuable tools to try immediately, and ideas for the longer term.
